We mentioned back in December that Taco Bell had teased investors that they were going to be testing out new shells for their line of tacos, and specifically teased a Fritos shell.
Now it appears that Fritos tacos are soon to be a reality. New Fritos tacos and Chili Cheese Fritos tacos have been seen in Memphis Tennessee being tested. The contents of the taco are pretty standard, with lettuce, cheese, ground beef, tomatoes, and sour cream.
The test price for the tacos is $1.49. There is no word yet when we’ll see these released nationwide, but it appears Taco Bell is making good on their promise to consistently bring innovative and delicious products to our lips.
