Back in November, Burger King ended its deal for 10-piece chicken nuggets for only $1.49, citing an increase in chicken prices.
Apparently the price of chicken is going down again, or more likely they realized they couldn’t compete with McDonald’s, but the deal is back, and you can now get a 10-piece box of chicken nuggets for $1.49, which is a fantastic price (about half of what they normally go for).
According to Bloomburg, Burger King’s nugget promotion in October helped same store sales increase by almost 4%, while McDonald’s store sales decreased by about 3%.
